This is the BASS membership form. Fill this out and click submit and come to a few meetings and viola, you’re a member! We have a voluntary membership fee donation of $5 per quarter to offset the cost of snacks during meetings.

You can also apply for membership by printing out and filling the BASS Membership Form.
